Guided meditations and Mindfulness Training

Mark began specializing in teaching meditation, yoga, and body alignment for performers in 2013 at the Boston University Tanglewood Institute. He quickly found that he has a passion for helping young musicians find mental and physical strategies to help their musicianship, and returned to teach for several seasons. Mark completed his yoga teacher training in 2009, and has since studied meditation in the Zen, Yoga, and Metta traditions. Since Tanglewood Mark has taught meditation privately and at New York Dramatic Voices's Summer Intensive, and this summer will teach at The National Youth Orchestra program of Carneige Hall’s Weill Music Institute .
